It is commonly used for fences and grates, and as metallic lath to support plaster or stucco. These are made out of solid sheet metals that are slit and stretched together to form a diamond like pattern. Commonly used raw material for expanded metal mesh are CRC Sheets, Aluminium Sheets, M.S. Sheets, Galvanized Sheets, Stainless-Steel Sheets,
Copper and Brass Sheets.

1. DE-COILER

De-coiler is the accessory machine for the expanded metal mesh machine. It is used for opening the rolling sheet irons which is fed into expanded metal mesh machine. Depending upon the capacity of production line, de-coilers are designed such as heavy-duty de-coiler, double stock real de-coiler, 150 Kg de-coiler, 500 kg de-coiler, 1000 kg de-coiler, 2000 kg de-coiler, etc. It can also be designed as per customer’s requirement keeping few parameters into consideration like maximum load weight, inner
diameter of the coil, width of the coil, etc

3. FLATTENING MACHINE / MESH FLATTENER

Expanded Metal Mesh Flattening machine is specially designed to flatten the expanded metal mesh. It is a corollary equipment of expanded metal machine. Apart from making a mesh smooth, it also makes it more strength full and aesthetic. Depending upon the application, various types of flattening mechanisms are used
which includes:

4. STRAIGHTENING MACHINE / LEVELLING MACHINE

The straightening machine is an ancillary machine of expanded metal mesh production line. It is used to straighten the curve which is formed during the process of flattening. Its configuration can be customized as per the requirement of the customer. Generally, 7 to 13 rollers are equipped into the straightener.

5. SHEARING MACHINE

The mesh shearing machine, also known as mesh cutting machine, is designed to cut mesh into specific sizes as per the requirement. According to the application or need, mesh is cut into the right size. In general, the expanded metal mesh width and length are as per international standards.
